Gender advocate and New Economy expert

A catalyst wearing multiple hats, Asmaa is a gender advocate, new economy expert, speaker, writer, facilitator, and digital nomad.

Asmaa is the program manager of the Womanity Foundation’s “B100 Ragl” program in the MENA region. She also founded the Hyper-Gender movement, and spent the last 5 years consulting foundations and NGOs on gender, the new economy, collective intelligence and social entrepreneurship. Among her collaborations are international organizations like UNDP, UN Women, the UE; foundations like MitOst and Obu; as well as international emergent networks like OuiShare, Amanitas, Sandbox or Global Innovation Gathering. Before living beyond borders to build bridges between different cultures, Asmaa worked 3 years as a business consultant in PwC Paris.

Asmaa is Moroccan by birth and French by adoption. She grew up in Rabat, and holds a master’s degree from EM Lyon business school and in international relations in Koç University in Istanbul.
