Ecommerce Manager - GCC Countries

Ishneet is establishing the Ecommerce business in the GCC Countries for brands like Johnson & Johnson, Henkel (to name a few). She comes with a rich experience in Flipkart- Pioneer in Indian Ecommerce Industry, where she worked across diverse roles. She spearheaded the Omni Channel strategies aimed at expanding Flipkart’s market to geographies without internet and ecommerce penetration using a combination of growth and marketing strategies. As a Brand Manager, she was responsible for brand strategy and development for a new brand. Prior to this, she also worked towards establishing strategic alliances driving new customer acquisition and growth.
She is extremely passionate about her work and spreading the learnings to the larger audience. She has won multiple national and international level awards along this journey.

She is a thought leader and global speaker on topics regarding ecommerce, technology, digital transformation women in leadership, importance of motivation & determination and more. She recently spoke at the Etail Boston 2019 ( Ecommerce conference) on adopting user experience based on the region. She has also presented her research on Omnichannel strategy at the International conference in Tokyo. In the Dubai Startup Summit, she interacted with all the upcoming startups on the ecommerce trends and opportunities in this region. She has also been covered in various interviews and articles

Apart from work, she loves to inspire and motivate people from her experiences as well as learn from others’. She has given talks at various platforms including Tedx and Josh Talks on the importance of determination in life and never limiting yourself. She has initiated ‘women empowerment and diversity’ programs at her workplace.

An advocate for women and diversity in both tech and business as well as how technology is and can be used as a force for good and social impact. She lives by the words – ‘Dream big, have faith and enjoy the moment.’
