Chef Silvena has as cooked for variety of celebrities and A listers, has appeared on British national TV , mostly on BBC 1, where is a regular face on Saturday Kitchen, as well as on US Food network on “Chopped” where she is a rotating judge. Chef Silvena is a judge on Masterchef -Bulgaria. Chef Silvena has written eight cookbooks, two of which are award winning and one of them ,a book on breast cancer prevention diet along the UK leading expert in this field Dr Michelle Harvey. Chef Silvena was the chef patron in Quince restaurant in May Fair hotel in London, Mayfair. In addition chef Sivena was the food writer for the Guardian in UK. Chef Silvena was the creator and driving force behind the iconic and award-winning food range “Delicatezze” by Waitress -UK. While with the May Fair hotel, London , chef Silvena was approached by Harrods to develop a unique Arabic desserts concept for “In Q” cafe on the 2nd floor in Harrods, still very much a popular cafe in Harrods, still featuring the original dessert creations. Chef Silvena is the chef & co-owner in the Omnia restaurants brand – Omnia Gourmet, Omnia Baharat, Omnia Blue and Omnia Glow- a local, Emirati grown brand, known and loved for it’s honest , healthy&clean&locally sourced and organic food. As soon as Omnia opened its first outpost, it won the UAE award for the best healthy restaurant, as well as the innovation chef of the year award. More awards followed including a specially created “Time Out” one off award for continued commitment for healthy food.
