Based on my achievements and work experience in the Middle East, I consider myself a dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual adopting a ‘perfectionist’ approach in whatever I do. When dealing with organizations in HR Transformation projects, I have always been customer-focused and have always tried my level best to present myself in a very professional manner. I have exhibited excellent leadership skills by leading the teams with my expertise where necessary. I have gained much insight into Employee Performance Management, Process Reengineering, Recruitment & Placements, Training and Development along with other HR modules with in-depth research on best practices from SHRM and CIPD.
Accustomed to working in NGO projects liaising with voluntary agencies including Navafiz (UAE) where I am currently serving as a Career Advisor. I have worked as a team using my own initiative to condemn unemployment and child labor in Pakistan through organizations such as Sahil and Women Aid Trust (WAT).
